My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room standards were good, but in need of some modernization. The space felt a bit cramped, especially with unnecessary trips happening in and out of the room. However, the cleanliness was an issue as the room hadn't been cleaned at all, and towels were left in the bath. I had to request fresh towels from reception.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony facing a lovely garden. The location is prime, surrounded by shops and restaurants, with the main street of Carvoeiro just next door. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to assist in every way. The dining experience was one of the best I've ever had, with a wide array of delicious choices. The facilities were great, especially the pool area!

The hotel is like a little maze with rooms far from the entrance, but the rooms are spacious, equipped with a fridge and safe, and the best shower experience abroad. Nights are cozy within the unit, but there's quite a bit of walking due to the U-shape of the building.
